Information you provide
When you enquire, we use your name, contact details, dates, group size and requests to respond and arrange the services you ask about. Providing details is voluntary, but we need a way to contact you to answer an enquiry. Please avoid sending identity documents, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information through the enquiry form.
Website enquiries are directed to info@mountmarula.co.za. Hosting and email providers process information to operate these services. WhatsApp enquiries use WhatsApp’s service. Relevant providers may process information outside South Africa under their own terms. Contact us for details before submitting information if this concerns you.
External services and storage
Embedded maps, video, fonts and weather services can receive technical information such as your IP address when loaded. The current enquiry catalogue stores cart choices in your browser. We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, administer a booking and meet applicable legal obligations. Contact us to ask about the information we hold, correct it or request deletion where applicable.
